Dear Families,
We have enjoyed a week of working, learning and transitioning together! Ancient Greece is such a fun topic for social studies. We are enjoying a great song about it, maybe if you ask nicely your child will sing it for you!
I want to let you know that I’ll be away next week. I have a previously arranged trip with my daughter and her school trip to Washington DC. While I really hate to be away (I really like your kids), we are blessed to have Mrs. Kelly sub for our class for the whole week. I’m so glad we will have a consistent, experienced teacher to step in while I”m away. I’m hoping to email or blog updates to the class so they can see what they’ll be doing as eighth graders!

Remember… you can be following your child’s progress on Renweb. It is updated a few times a week. Also, homework is updated to the blog DAILY. (This week your students will be writing updates in their assignment books each day.)
